Using the Switch Language button

Use the Switch Language button in the Ingredient Statement form to change the language without applying the Ingredient Statement Rule and without altering the current order. You can prepare the label statement in the primary language and then convert it to specific local languages.

Before you can use this button, you must configure the Labels section in the Item form with the appropriate language and category selections.

In the Ingredient Statement form:

  1. Click Switch Language.
  2. Select a language (e.g., French Canada).
  3. Optionally, select a category (e.g., Beverages).
  4. Click OK. Changes are made to the Statement Text, Section Description, and Child Ingredient Statements.
  5. Save the preview, if desired.
