Deleting attachments from Optiva and IDM

  1. Select the row(s) in the Attachments grid that you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete Row. The attachment(s) are deleted from memory, but they are not yet deleted from IDM.
  3. Click Save. Now, the attachment(s) are deleted from IDM. Your system administrator can configure a profile attribute to archive the document in IDM instead of physically deleting it.
