Event log

After you complete the installation and before you launch Optiva for the first time, configure the Event Viewer.

Select Event Viewer > Window Logs > Application.

Ensure that the Event Viewer logs are set to overwrite events. If you do not make this setup change, then the event logs can become full. When that occurs, you cannot launch Optiva.
