Working with classes
You can define classes to create logical groups.
Classes can be used for searches and filtering queries. Classes are different from Set
Classifications. Only a single value per object is allowed for an object class. Each object
class is associated with an enumerated list. Some examples of object classes lists are:
- Analysis Class (
C_ANALYSISCLASS
) - Calendar Class (
C_CALENDARCLASS
) - Company Class (
C_COMPANYCLASS
) - Formula Class (
C_FORMULACLASS
) - Global Calc Classes (
C_GLOBALCALCCLASS
) - Label Content Class (
C_LABELCONTENTCLASS
) - Ingredient Statement Rule Class (
C_LABELRULECLASS
) - Project Class (
C_PROJECTCLASS
) - Sample Class (
C_SAMPLECLASS
)
You can define the form layouts for different classes in the Configure Templates form when data field layouts require specific web templates.
