Form security

Form Security is defined exclusively in the Form Security tab of the Role form.

You can be assigned to more than one role. In this case, you have access to the union of all of the forms that are assigned to those roles. Your Active Role controls the fields and sections that are displayed in those forms.

The Configure Templates page defines the fields and sections that are visible in each form for each role.
