Obtaining the IDM ION API user credentials for Optiva

The IDM ION API user credentials are a prerequisite for integrating Optiva with Infor Document Management. These credentials are used to configure some of the IDM profile attributes in Optiva.

Optiva authentication must be set to WS-Federated Authentication (IFS/AD FS) for Optiva to be used with IFS.

You must complete several steps in the Infor OS Platform. Follow the steps in the sequence in which they are presented here.
