Relationship to items and formulas

References to specifications can be one-to-one or one-to-many. In other words, each formula and item can reference a single unique specification. Or, those objects can reference multiple specifications.

You can have certain items or formulas that have similar characteristics, thereby allowing you to reference a single family product specification. For example, a Spices specification can be used for several raw material items with similar characteristics.
