Generating customer keys

  1. Open API OAuth Authentication form using this URL: http://OptivaServerName/FsOptivaConfig/default.aspx.

  2. Select Authentication > Optiva API Authentication.

  3. Click New Access Key to generate a new set of consumer keys.
  4. Copy the Access Key and Secret Key by using the keys ‘Ctrl+C’ on the pop-up dialog.
  5. Use the Access Key and Secret Key as Target Endpoint Access Key and Target Endpoint Secret Key while configuring the ION API.
    Note: Key generation is not necessary in Multi-Tenant environment.
