Copying and pasting rows

Using the Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V keys, you can copy and paste rows in these Optiva grids:

  • Formula> Item Lines
  • Specification> Item Lines
  • Specification> Parameters

You can copy and paste rows within the same object or “like” object. For example, you can copy and paste ingredients from within the same formula or from one formula to another formula. You cannot copy ingredients from a formula to a specification.

To copy and paste these rows:

  1. Select the rows that you want to copy.
  2. Press Ctrl + C to copy the rows.
  3. Click anywhere in the grid that is a read-only cell.
  4. Press Ctrl + V to paste the rows. The new rows are appended to the bottom of the grid.
