An object instance is the basis for a copied object

When users copy an Optiva object, most information in the object they are copying is retrieved into the new object.

Some information is taken from the object that is being copied:

• All information that is contained in the object form, including references, notes and attachments
• Set classification
• Context information

Status information and security settings are taken from the default record.
