Updating reports to newer versions of Crystal

If you have old reports that were built in an older version of Crystal, then you should upgrade them to Crystal Reports 2016.

To upgrade reports that were created in an earlier version of Crystal:

1. Install the new version of Crystal.
2. Open each report in the new version of Crystal Reports 2016. Save those reports. For example, open the Crystal 9 reports in Crystal Reports 2016 and save them in Crystal Reports 2016.
