Action sets
An action set is a collection of actions. These actions are grouped together in a specific order to complete a workflow. When users begin a workflow, they select an action set to start the workflow.
Preconfigured action sets
Action sets are available in the Optiva seed database. You can find them in the Lookup by Sets lookup.
The set code is INFOR_EXAMPLE.
The sets can be changed in the Action Set > Classification tab if desired.
