Workflow notifications

Workflow models describe when to create notifications or tasks and to whom they should be distributed.

• The naming convention used for standard workflow models is Optiva_noun_event . Do not use the prefix Optiva for customized, standard content or customer-defined content.
• ION’s Workflows content evaluates BODs with the Process verb.
