STO_BUILDNEW

STO_BUILDNEW is the default create rule. There are three segments:

1. Prefix STO
2. Object code (formula, item)
3. System-generated sequence number.

The create rule cannot accept user input when the sample and test order codes are generated. This is because the rule is invoked from within the STO_BUILDNEW action.

Any code segments that require user input are ignored and the code is generated with the segments that can be generated automatically.

This create rule specifies the naming convention for new samples and test orders. This is used by the action in the workflow launched by Request Testing. The AUTO_STOUNIT sequence is in the system seed database.
