Signatures and Windows IDs

If you run Optiva without a login window, then the Optiva administrator has configured Optiva for Integrated Windows Authentication for the current database.

In this case, you must specify your Windows User ID and Password in the Signature form. Do not specify your Optiva user name and password.

Suppose your Windows ID is “msmith”. Your Windows ID is associated with the Optiva User “mikes”. In this case, sign the workflow event as “msmith” and specify your Windows password.
