Viewing electronic signatures

  1. You can view electronic signatures in the Workflows In Progress form.
  2. Select the Signature tab. The electronic signatures are displayed for the corresponding line IDs.
  3. Click Drilldown to E-Record to see an object was approved via e-record signature. A new page is displayed with the list of E-Records.

  4. Click Display via E-Record to open the E-Record dialog box for the object.
  5. If a signature is tampered with, an Error dialog box is displayed and warns the user that the signature has been tampered with. A Tamper Alert icon displayed next to the signature in the Workflows in Progress > Signature tab and on the E-Record page.

You can also view electronic signatures from an Optiva object. Open the object that was assigned the signature during the workflow process. The Reports tab shows all signatures for that object.
