Workload calculations

The Total Load tab, in the Assign Users To Task page, shows the workload for one resource at a time. The workload is only for the time period of the current task.

Project managers can use the User Load page to see the load for all of their employees. They can also see the load for a specific user, group, or role. A broader range of dates can be specified in the User Load page. For more information, see Managing user load.
