Assigning users to tasks

A single user can be assigned to a task in these pages:

• Action Set page
• Launch Workflow page
• Gantt tab of the Project Management page

In these scenarios, that user is considered to be the primary user for the task.

If necessary, the project manager can assign more than one user to the same task. This is beneficial if the primary user cannot complete the task within the specified duration. Or, if there is a request to complete the task ahead of schedule.

Additional users are assigned to a task in the Assign Users To Task page. This page is accessible from the Gantt tab.
