Viewing the critical paths

In the Gantt tab, select Show Critical Path. The steps that are outlined in red are on the critical path.

For a step to be on the critical path, both its due date must be equal to the latest due date; and the start date must be equal to the latest start date.

If you change the Due Date for one of these steps, the due date of the entire workflow can change.
