Work time overrides

Location calendars are used to define the work time overrides that pertain to users who are in the same region. Holidays are one example of an override to the standard work time.

Occasional changes to a shift, such as working one part-time shift or working one weekend, are also defined in this grid.

Work time overrides are shown for the current month.

You can click the arrows above the calendar to see the overrides for each month. You can click the gear icon to see the work time overrides for another year.
