Assembling actions into an action set
An action set specifies the actions, their order and who is assigned to the tasks.
Actions can occur independently or alongside others. For example, if several users must approve a new formula, the actions can occur simultaneously. In the Action Set form, you specify the dependency of one action on another. You also specify the sequence of the actions.
Actions can occur within other actions. For example, an action can represent a stage in a process. Other actions within it represent sub-tasks. An action cannot start until its parent starts.
