Wizards
You can use wizards to complete workflow tasks. Wizards can also be used instead of Create Rules to create formulas, items, projects, and specifications in Optiva.
Wizards are ideal for new users. The system administrator can simplify the process by pre-filling fields. Wizards can be configured to show only the fields that users must complete.
Users can exit a wizard before they complete all of the workflow tasks. They can return, at a later date, to complete the remaining steps.
Uploading IDM attachments from a wizard
When Optiva is configured for IDM integration, you can upload attachments to Infor Document Management (IDM).
