Ingredient Statement

This form enables you to create ingredient statements for formulas. Statements are generated according to rules that are defined by the Optiva administrator.

When you create a statement, you choose the formulas. After Optiva generates the statement, you can make these adjustments to it:

• Rename ingredients
• Change the order of ingredients that are below the sort threshold.
• Exclude ingredients that are below the reporting threshold.
