Workflow events are scripted in the Action form. Each step of a workflow, such as lab manager approval, consists of instructions.

Optiva Workflow Management comes equipped with eleven events, such as Approve, Reject and Hold. You write scripts and attach them to the events to characterize the behavior of the event.
