Prompting users for input values

The system administrator can create step inputs for any action set, not only for Wizards. This action set is configured to prompt the user for End Use and End User information.

The Step column, in the Step Inputs tab, is used to associate the prompts with specific steps in the action set. In this example, the End Use prompt is tied to step 1. The End User prompt is tied to step 2.

Users can specify the input values in the Launch Workflow dialog and in the WIP Detail dialog.
