Form assignments
In the Configure Menu page, the Available Forms section lists the forms that have not yet been added to a menu. The Existing Menus section shows the current menu structure and the forms that are assigned to those menu choices.
In this example, the
Item form has been added to the
“My Test Menu”
choice. This menu choice was created
using the
button in the
toolbar.
