Creating set codes for templates

Set codes connect objects to templates. Each template set code must have a template with the same name. After objects are assigned to template set codes, they inherit the attributes of the template.

  1. Open the Symbol form.
  2. Click the Classification tab.
  3. Add the set codes to symbols that support parameters. These symbols are specification, project, formula, and item. Specify whether the set codes are to be used for templates.
