Form Security
Form Security is defined exclusively in the Role page. If you are assigned to more than one role, then you will have access to the union of all of the forms assigned to those roles.
Your Active Role controls which fields and tabs are displayed in those forms.
The Configure Templates page defines which fields and tabs are visible in each form for each role.
Using the buttons in the Menu page
- Add menus.

For a new menu (i.e., Form Group) to become visible in the Optiva toolbar, you must add at least one form to that menu and click .
- When you add a Form Group, it is added to the current lab only.

To add the same Form Group to other labs, you must manually add that Form Group to each lab.

You can use either the Menu page or the Lab page to add Form Groups to labs.

- Rename the Form Group (menu) or Form Name.
- Delete menus.
The Form Groups and Forms in another language using the button. For example, you can choose to show the menu titles in French.
button can be used to define labels forYou can save a different sort order of Form Groups by language. All Form
Groups are displayed for all languages. All forms and the order of the forms within a Form Group display the same for all languages.

Add a form to a menu |
Select and drag the form from the Available Forms section to the Existing Menus section. For a new menu to become visible in the Optiva toolbar, you must add at least one form to that menu and click . |
Move a Form to Another Menu |
Select and drag the form in the Existing Menus section to the desired menu location. The form should be indented underneath the menu title. |
Remove a Form from the Menu Structure |
Select and drag the form from the Existing Menus section to the Available Forms section. |
Remove an Entire Menu |
