Security for test requests

If users only have read access to the Test Plan, they can still click Request Testing and run the STO_BUILDNEW workflow. In this case, the users must have security privileges defined for the STO_BUILDNEW action and the value of the Workflow.LaunchSecurityDflt profile attribute must be 1. If users do not have security privileges to the action set, then an error is displayed.

If the value of the Workflow.LaunchSecurityDflt profile attribute is 0, then any user can run the STO_BUILDNEW workflow. This includes users who only have read access to the Test Plan.
