Example 3 – Specifying a detail code

In this example, the Change History criteria is limited to one detail code (CONTEXT). Whenever a user adds, modifies, or deletes a row in the Item > Context grid, that change is reflected in the Change History page for that item.

When you specify STATUS as a History Detail Code, the Change History shows the “before” and “after” values for these fields:

  • Status
  • Hold
  • Approval
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Creation Date
  • Created By
