Shop Calendar - field descriptions

Main tab

Use this tab to define the criteria for the shop calendar.

Calendar Type: Location calendars can be shared among users in the same region.
User/Location: Specify a valid location code for the location calendar. For a given location, there can be only one shop calendar that is associated with that location.
Class: Specify a class. The choices are defined in the C_CALENDARCLASS enumerated list.

Security tab

The Optiva administrator configures the default security for all objects of this type. You can specify the security for a specific object here. For example, you can assign the Owner full privileges (Read/Copy/Write/Delete), but partial or no access privileges to the Role and Group.

This tab identifies who can access the object and the types of access privileges that are granted for the Owner, Group, and Role.
