Advanced Search mode

The Advanced search feature is for any of the fields for a given detail, not one of the fields for a detail. Advanced search expands the capability to search for multiple values. For example, you can specify more than one parameter in Advanced mode.

The easiest way to specify the criteria for an advanced search is to begin with a simple search.

  1. Complete the input fields in Simple search mode.
  2. Click the Advanced button. The criteria that you added for your Simple search is shown in the Advanced text box.
  3. Specify the additional criteria for your advanced search in the text box. You can use the Intersect command and the NOTAMEMBER function in Advanced mode. You can use the Clear button to clear text from the text box.
