Assigning security privileges

Security privileges are assigned to a user, role, or group in the Action Set form. In this example, the Development group has security privileges to the Formula Approval action set.

Only the users in the Development group can launch the Formula Approval workflow.

If you do not want to restrict action sets, change the WORKFLOW.LAUNCHSECURITYDFLT profile attribute to 0. See the Infor Optiva Application Configuration Guide.
