Action Sets

An action set is a group of actions that consist of a complete workflow. Workflows can be a series of sequential actions. For example, one action must be completed before the workflow advances to the next action. Or the actions can occur in parallel, where several actions occur simultaneously. Perhaps several users can approve a new formula simultaneously.
