Specifies whether the security for an Action Set is determined by the Security tab.

Values:

• 0 (default)

  Do not enable workflow security to be determined from the Action Set > Security tab. Users that are specified on the Steps tab can use the action set to launch a workflow.

• 1

  Enable workflow security on the Action Set > Security tab. The security on the Action Set form prevails over the Steps tab.
