Exploding and combining ingredients
Exploding a formula refers to the ability to replace a sub-formula with its first-level items. The expansion is the same as inserting all items from the sub-formula into the parent formula on the lines where the sub-formula is located.
To explode a formula, use the Item Lines tab.
menu in theThe FORMULA.INTEGER_UOM profile attribute specifies UOMs to round off for combining or splitting packaging ingredients.
If the exploded sub-formula has byproducts, those byproducts are displayed in the Byproducts tab on the formula. The result is no change to the yield and no change to the parameters.
