Security and overrides for filters

Each filter (view) of function code data can be assigned a level of security. Filter security can only grant more access if object security or ACL security does not allow access.

Security applies to any function code for this filter code. The exception is the INSTRUC document code for formulas and specifications where filter security has no effect.
