Error checking for more than one formula

Sometimes, the same ingredient in more than one formula may differ. Normally, the item with the highest value determines sorting and reporting decisions.

• If the highest value is above the sorting threshold, the line type is Keep Order.
• If the highest value is below the sorting threshold, the line type is Change Order.
