Enabling workflows and rules

Open the
Symbol form. If any tabs are disabled in
Optiva
they are not applicable to the symbol.

Specify this criteria.
- Action Symbol
- Specify True to enable workflows for this symbol.
- Create Rules

- 0=Not Supported - Rule codes cannot be used to create these objects.
- 1=Supported - Rule codes can be used to create these objects.
- 2=Enforced - Rules must be used to create objects. You must have a rule already defined for this symbol.
- Enable Tracing
- Optionally, select this check box to record an entry to the related tracing table when the particular call to that script has completed. See the Infor PLM for Process Scripting Guide for more information about tracing records.

- Optionally, click Purge Trace Data to delete records from the Reports > Performance Tracing grid. For more information, see ScriptTrace.Purge.
