Multi-language ingredient statements

You can configure ingredient statements to generate labels in different languages. Language-specific text is specified in the Item form for each item. The item labels override the rule labels.

Your system administrator can specify the ingredient statement categories and configure the C_LABELCATEGORY enumerated list appropriately.

For example, the labeling requirements in France for beverages can be different than for bakery foods. So you can have one ingredient statement for French beverages and another one for French bakery foods.

The multi-language features work for ingredient statements and child ingredient statements.

Additional business logic is used to derive the correct statement text for child ingredient statements.
