Context information
Context information defines the attributes for a finished product (FP). You can use context information to describe FP formulas, FP specifications, and Items that are used in the FP.
You can use context information to validate the approval of a formula. This ensures that the formula meets its specification and uses only the ingredients that share the context attributes with the specification.
- Where the finished product is sold (Selling Location)
- Where the product is manufactured (Manufacturing Location)
- The brand name (Brand)
- The type of product (Product Type)
- How the product is used (End Use)
- The types of users of the product (End Users)
