Saving guidelines

As you work with guidelines, select Save to save all guidelines at once. When you copy a set of guidelines from another item or parameter, you can save them all in one save operation.

You can click Save As to create a new guideline from another guideline. Clicking Save As also copies objects from the guideline being copied.

As you add guidelines and move from one to another, the guidelines are retained. This is true even if you do not save before adding or moving to another guideline. After you have finished modifying them, save all of your changes.
