Assigning location calendars to a user

Each user can have only one location calendar.

The location calendar is associated with the user in the User page. When the Default Location field is blank, the @DFLTSHOP calendar is used as the location calendar for the user. If you specify another location code, then the shop calendar that is associated with that location code becomes the location calendar for that user.

In this example, the US-NORTHEAST location code is assigned to LUCCI in the User page. This location code is associated with the US-NORTHEAST location shop calendar.

Consequently, the location calendar for LUCCI is US-NORTHEAST.
