Configuring report input and output

Workflow prepares the necessary data to run the report. Workflow actions perform three functions: generate XML data, compile the job file components (input parameters, schemas, object XML data), and pass the file to the Crystal RPT template to produce the final output (Web Reports).

Workflow enables reports to be run from a custom button, a single workflow event or as an integrated part of a larger business process that includes necessary security.
