Enabling all groups for users

This table explains how Group security operates in Optiva.

Type of security	Description
Security access to an object	If the object belongs to any group that is listed on your User object, then you are granted at least Group Security to that object.
Secure lookups	The Secure lookups always show you the objects that are in any of the groups that you have listed on your User object.
Workflow security	You can run an Action Set if the Action Set > Security tab has any group that matches a group on your User object; and the WORKFLOW.LAUNCHSECURITYDFLT profile attribute is 1.
