Overview
An Optiva workflow is a series of instructions. The workflow is configured by a system administrator to automate a process, such as approving a new production formula. A workflow manages projects by notifying users when they are required to do something. The workflow processes user responses to determine the next action. A workflow repeats this, notifying users and interpreting responses, until the instructions are completed.
You can run workflows on most types of Optiva objects to cover any type of multi-user input process.
