Using the <Search Object> forms

The Search menu is comprised of the Search <Object> forms. Each Search <Object> form has a Main tab, a Search Results tab, and a toolbar. These components are described briefly in the table.

Screen Element	Description
Main tab	In this tab, you define the criteria for the search. You can define simple criteria, advanced criteria, or a combination of both.
Search Results tab	In this tab, you see the results of the search. There are two standard views: the Summary Results view and the Detail Results view. You can also launch workflows for the objects selected in the search results views and you can export the search results to an Excel spreadsheet.
Toolbar	Using the toolbar, you can perform actions such as saving the search criteria for future use and executing the search.
