IIS or Server interruption

If an IIS or Server interruption occurs when Global Calc is running, the Global Calc may stop. If the status still indicates that the job is running, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of the web client.
  2. Log into the web client and open the Global Calc object.
  3. Click Stop Calculation. Refresh the page.
  4. Click Start Calculation to initiate a new job.
