Action

This default STO_BUILDNEW action performs these functions:

1. Builds a sample and test order from the test plan of the current object, using the create rule STO_BUILDNEW.
2. Updates the test order with parameters and methods from the test plan.
3. Sets the Description field for both the sample and test order to the description of the object that launched the workflow.
