Trace logging for individual users
You can specify the value for the WEB.USER.LOGVERBOSITY attribute on the User > Profile tab. After specifying the value for the WEB.USER.LOGVERBOSITY profile attribute, Optiva adds a WEB.USER.LOGDATASTAMP date time equal to when the save was accomplished. Optiva then sets the WEB.USER.LOGVERBOSITY setting to log for this user only for the next 4 hours, at which point the logging will revert to the central setting.
Trace logs are written for the user when the profile value is a positive integer.
The
TRACEVERBOSE
value in the
Web.config file is compared to the profile attribute
value. The higher value is used.
Most log lines include an entry like this one:
Verbosity: XX
Where
XX
is the verbosity of the specified line.
